FAQ's

How can I reserve a ticket?

To make a reservation for any of our shows, please e-mail us at tickets@sketchclubplyers.org or call our 24-hour hotline at 856-848-8089 and leave us a message including your phone number with area code . Someone will return your call to confirm your order. Please be patient since we are a volunteer organization and most members have full-time jobs. Any reserved seats not claimed five minutes prior to curtain may be re-sold to walk-in patrons. If illness or some other problem keeps you from attending, please call and let us know that you won't be there.

Can I pay for my tickets with a credit card?

We currently accept both cash and checks as payment. Although we are not currently set up to accept credit cards for payment, we will be setting up an online credit card payment program shortly. Reserved tickets may be paid for at the door when you arrive.

Are tickets available at the door?

We have general admission seating on a first-come basis. However, we are a very small, intimate theater of only 94 seats and even the back row is quite close to the stage.

What is the availability of parking?

There is parking in the lot on Glover St. in front of our building as well as in the lot behind.

Are there refreshments available?

Complimentary coffee is served at intermission upstairs in our Club Room. Soda pop and candy are also available for purchase.

When are doors opened prior to performance?

Please note: Doors open 40 minutes before each performance. Early arrivals cannot be admitted ahead of time. In consideration of other patrons, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before curtain time. Out of courtesy for our audience and performers, late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the director. If seating a late-comer will disrupt the flow of the play or annoy other patrons, late-comers will not be seated.

Additional information (smoking, cell phones, pagers, etc.)

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our building by order of the fire marshal. Smoking is permitted only in the parking lots. Cell phones and beepers are another unwelcome distraction. If you must have them with you, please turn them off during the performance. We are pleased when you enjoy a performance and show us with laughter and/or applause. But don't forget that spoken or whispered comments are distracting to other patrons and to the actors. Please refrain from unnecessary comments or conversation.
